Instead of a blog, I’ve opted to post all images on my facebook account so make sure you go ahead and friend me to view all weddings that were captured after
August 2011 PLUS there’s a new portfolio with approx. 500 images that you’re going to love. Check that out at: http://louistorres.com/portfolio2012

How cute are my parents. Unfortunately, my dad passed away about 1 1/2 years after this photo. Married 40 years/ 3 weeks.
So if your parents are still with you, trust me, take their photos because you never know.
One of the things I’ve been working on is my technique with off-camera lighting. With thousands invested in Profoto lighting equipment, it was about time I started using them at weddings. With that, I quickly realized that bringing them along was one of the best ideas. Here’s the catch, you need a little more time than usual for the setup. Weddings can bring along pressures from friends and family but if given the opportunity, you’ll have photos that you’ll LOVE and best of all, photos your friends and family will enjoy for years.
